Minimum requirements for all types of visa.A. Original Passport must be valid at least six month from the day you plan to enter Thailand.
B. One filled out application per person.
C. One passport size photo.
D. The applicable fee for the type of visa you are applying for.
E. Return envelope with SEK 61 stamps (as a registered mail for returning your passport) and your name & post address
F. Copy of your confirmed ticket or booking
G. Process-time : ( only swedish passport ) via post - at least 3-4 weeks, personal visit at the Royal Thai Embassy - at least 7 working days. ( excluding Non-immigrant Long Stay VISA )

Please note that Swedish Finnish and Norwegian citizens can stay in Thailand as tourists for up to 30 days without visa. YOU CAN NOT COMBINE THIS 30 DAYS WITH ALL TYPES OF VISA ISSUED BY THE ROYAL THAI EMBASSY UPON YOUR ARRIVAL TO THAILAND.
Visa Validity: Your visa is valid for 90 days. This means that your entry/entries into Thailand must be occured within 90 days from the issuing date of the visa (as written on your visa).
Validity of Stay: Your length of staying in Thailand has nothing to do with the validity of the visa, as mentioned above. Your visa is issued with a length of staying of 30, 60, 90 or other number of days. This is the number of days you may stay in Thailand without renewing your visa, counted from the entering day into Thailand.
Tourist Visa : Single / Double Entry( only applicable for 38 countries & 2 special regions : Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Brunei, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Malasia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, the Phillppines, Portugal, Gatar, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE, USA, UK, Laos, Vietnam, Hongkong, Macau )

A. Single Entry Tourist VisaApplication fee : SEK 200 per person and will be issued for 60 days from the date of entry. The visa issued by the Embassy or Consulates must be used within 90 days from the issuing date of visa.
Upon arrival in Thailand "The Actual Length of Stay" starting from the date of Entry shall be determined and granted at the discretion of Immigration Officers according to the type and category of visa in possession.
The extension of further 30 days may be granted by Immigration Bureau, Thailand. The application fee is 1900 baht.
Applicant is not permitted to engage in any occupation or employment.
B. Double Entry Tourist VisaApplication fee : SEK 400 per person and will be issued for 2 entries ( 60+60 days ) of tourist visa which must be used within 180 days from the issuing date. Each entry is valid 60 days from the date of entry.
Upon arrival in Thailand "The Actual Length of Stay" starting from the date of Entry shall be determined and granted at the discretion of Immigration Officers according to the type and category of visa in possession.
The extension of further 30 days may be granted by Immigration Bureau, Thailand. The application fee is 1900 baht.
Pls. write DOUBLE ENTRY when you mark for "Tourist Visa" on the application form and send in the form approximately 3 weeks in advance.
Applicant is not permitted to engage in any occupation or employment.
Remark : Other countries than above can only be permitted for a period of not exceeding 30 days tourist visa. Extension of further 30 days may be granted by Immigration Bureau but must not exceed the cumulative duration of 90 days from the date of first entry. The application fee for extension is 1900 baht.
